Hiya Lance! Thanks very much for stopping by... and I'm glad you got a smile from my girls, too.

The looper's a blast... just wish I used it more lately!

Chris -

I looked at your beautiful children. Dancing to Sinatra. Easy to see how you are smitten. Isn't the looper fun?

Ciao for now!

Hello Chris,

Thanks for sending the message. I've been covered up with work all summer. I do post a video now and then. The vid's are strictly therapy these days. I guess I could post tunes until the cows come home. In my career as a musician I learned and performed a lot of tunes. Now and then I get a wild hair and record one of them.

I remember telling you before the girls were born to try and enjoy them everyday. They grow up so fast. I remember holding my son in one hand one day and watching him graduate from college the next. Time flies. My son is a middle school principle. I wish I could see him more. Once a week he picks up his daughter at my house (my wife takes Friday's off to watch "Peyton"). Life reminds me of that Harry Chapin song. You don't take as much time as you should for your kids and then when they are older they don't have time for you.

I didn't mean to get all philosophical on you. You get my drift.

I enjoyed the loop jam. Don't stop playing.

I've been playing a few gigs now and then. The most fun I've had lately is doing a duet with an awesome sax player friend of mine. I use the looper with acoustic and we both solo. We've been playing a lot of different styles of music. Mostly we play classic rock, fingerstyle stuff and some pretty music. My friend Heath is a Mofo on the Tenor. He is a music professor and head of the jazz department at a local university. We played together for years in my old band. He is the first call guy when national acts come to town. Recently he played with the Temptations, the Platters, Wayne Newton etc. and so on.

Take care and stay in touch.

Mark

P.S., It sucks the Gators lost the SEC Championship. I was pulling for them.
